Delivery terms and conditions

• The turn-around time for deliveries within South Africa is 2-4 working days.
• We cannot provide the exact delivery date and time as deliveries are done through a courier company.
• Where an order has been delivered to the wrong place due to incorrect address provided, Hluma True Therapy cannot be held accountable.
• We cannot be held responsible for delayed orders were the receiver has not made provisions for someone to be available to accept the delivery on their behalf.

Placing your order

Orders can be placed on our website via our online store. If you prefer to place an order directly with us you can send your order to info@hluma.co.za. Once your order has been received by email, you will receive an order summary with the banking details. Orders will only be processed once proof of payment is received. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the items on the order summary are correct before making payment.
